Refunds
1. Books Refund & Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
• Physical books can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
• Books must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items:
• Digital books or downloadable content are non-refundable.
• Damaged or used books may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process:

2. Ship the book back to our provided return address (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
3. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Online Courses Refund Policy
We strive to offer high-quality educational content. However, if you are not satisfied with your online course, you may request a refund based on the following terms:
Refund Eligibility:
• Full refunds are available within 1 day of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• No refunds will be provided after 1 day or if more than 20% of the course has been completed.
• Refunds for live training sessions are only available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the session starts.
How to Request a Refund:

2. Our team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {support@american-diploma.online} and send your item to: {Egypt-Assiut governorate – Al-Ibrahemia street – Abrag Al-Nasr-B.1-603}.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Egypt-Assiut governorate – Al-Ibrahemia street – Abrag Al-Nasr-B.1-603}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
