Refund-Returns Policy-Terms and Conditions

1. Books Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Physical books can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
• Books must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Digital books (E-books) or downloadable content are non-refundable.
• Damaged or used books may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process:

1. Email us at support@american-diploma.online with your order details.
2. Ship the book back to our provided return address (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
3. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

2. Online Courses Refund Policy

We strive to offer high-quality educational content. However, if you are not satisfied with your online course, you may request a refund based on the following terms:

Access & Usage Policy:

• Access Duration: Your access to Single Sessions is valid for 10 days from the purchase date. Please make sure to complete the session within this period. After the validity period ends, access will automatically expire.
• Modification Rights: We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date” at the top.

Refund Eligibility:

• Full refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase ONLY if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• No refunds will be provided after 24 hours or if more than 20% of the course has been completed.
• Live Sessions: Refunds for live training sessions are only available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hoursbefore the session starts.

How to Request a Refund:

1. Email us at support@american-diploma.online with your order details and the reason for the refund.
2. Our team will review your request. Once approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

3. Shipping & Exchanges

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@american-diploma.online.

Shipping Returns: To return your product, please mail it to our address:  Abrag Al-Nasr, Building 1, Apt 603 Al-Ibrahemia Street, Assiut Governorate, Egypt.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
